Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey (or beef, pork, chicken)
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage (sweet or hot)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded Zucchini
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Keto Marinara Sauce (sugar-free)
  • Dried Onion, Garlic, Basil (to taste)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

How to Make Keto Meatball Casserole:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, add ground turkey, Italian sausage, shredded zucchini, and an egg.
    • Sprinkle dried onion, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix everything by hand until well combined.
  3. Forming Meatballs:
    • Shape the mixture into meatballs, each roughly the size of a golf ball.
    • Arrange them in the prepared casserole dish, ensuring they don’t touch each other.
  4. Baking Meatballs:
    • Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
    • Check if they’re almost completely cooked (internal temperature of 150-155°F).
  5. Adding Sauce and Cheese:

  6. Final Baking:
