Ingredients

For the brie
  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie
For the topping
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.25 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped

Equipment

  • 1 small baking sheet

Method

Prepare the brie
  1. Heat the oven to 350°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the Brie on the sheet and score the top rind in a shallow crosshatch.
Top and bake
  1. Drizzle the honey over the Brie and sprinkle with the pecans and rosemary. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the center feels soft when gently pressed but the wheel still holds its shape.

Notes

Score only the rind so the Brie keeps its shape as it bakes. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended.
