Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.33 cup mini pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup green bell pepper finely chopped

Equipment

  • 2 13x18-inch rimmed baking sheet
  • 1 4-inch Christmas tree cookie cutter

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F and line two 13x18-inch rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Let the dough sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  3. Lightly dust the work surface with flour and roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Cut out 12 trees with a 4-inch Christmas tree cookie cutter, rerolling the scraps once as needed.
  5. Arrange 6 trees on each baking sheet.
  6. Brush the edges of the trees with the olive oil.
  7. Spread 2 teaspoons pizza sauce on each tree, leaving a narrow border.
  8. Divide the mozzarella, mini pepperoni, and green bell pepper among the trees.
  9. Bake for 10–13 minutes, swapping the sheets between racks and rotating them front to back halfway through, until the crusts are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Let the pizzas rest on the sheets for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For clean tree shapes, reroll the scraps only once as directed. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freeze for up to 2 months and reheat until hot. For a dairy-free option, use dairy-free mozzarella.
